Summary
Samolot ultralekki po starcie z pola w miejscowości Lipowa i osiągnięciu wysokości około 40 m nad terenem rozpoczął zakręt w stronę opadającego terenu. Zakręt nagle pogłębił się, a samolot wszedł w lewy korkociąg, zderzył się z ziemią, zapalił i całkowicie spłonął. Pilot poniósł śmierć na miejscu.
