Summary
Podczas lotu szkolnego z instruktorem na szybowcu (PZL-Świdnik, PW-6, D-5159) z instruktorem w fazie startu doszło do niezamierzonego wypięcia liny holowniczej z samolotu holującego szybowiec na wysokości około 60 metrów. Załoga podjęła próbę wykonania manewru awaryjnego lądowania w terenie, podczas którego szybowiec uderzył w ziemię na polu w pobliżu lotniska. Piloci bez obrażeń.
