Summary

Pilot / operator podczas obsługi drona korzystał z laptopa zamiast kontrolera i nie zauważył komunikatów o błędach. Skutkowało to utratą kontroli nad dronem i zderzeniem z drzewem. Złamane zostały dwa ramiona silnika.
