Instruktor skoczek wykonywał skok na zadanie tandem z pasażerem. Swobodna faza skoku oraz lot na czaszy przebiegły bez zakłóceń. W chwili podejścia do lądowania pasażer tandemu opuścił nogi w wyniku czego doznał poważnych obrażeń. Poszkodowany pasażer został przewieziony do szpitala celem dalszych badań.
