Podczas lądowania linka sterująca prawym sterem kierunku poluzowała się z powodu nieprawidłowej instalacji połączenia. Spowodowało to pełne wychylenie lewego steru. Uczeń-pilot nie odniósł obrażeń. Szybowiec nie uległ żadnym uszkodzeniom.
