Podczas podejścia do lądowania z bocznym wiatrem samolot wypadł z drogi startowej. Nastąpiło złamanie prawego podwozia co dalej skutkowało oparciem się samolotu na końcówce skrzydła, ułamaniem przedniego podwozia i uderzeniem śmigła o nawierzchnię trawiastą.
