Summary
Pilot z licencją turystyczną wykonywał start do lotu trasowego zgodnie ze złożonym planem lotu. Prawdopodobnie fazę rotacji rozpoczął ze zbyt małą prędkością. Skutkowało to osiągnięciem krytycznego kąta natarcia, przepadnięciem i zderzeniem z pasem startowym. Po czterech pogłębiających się odbiciach nastąpiło uszkodzenie przedniej stójki podwozia i zatrzymanie samolotu około 200 metrów przed końcem pasa. Pilot bez obrażeń.
