Summary

Przekazanie przez ATC załodze samolotu instrukcji o zniżaniu bez jego wcześniejszej identyfikacji. Po korekcie instrukcji samoloty były po minięciu jednak było za wcześnie na zniżanie wobec czego uaktywnił się alarm STCA i miało miejsce naruszenie separacji.
