Summary

W chwili startu z LFOS do lotniska zbliżała się od morza mgła. Aby uniknąć wlecenia w nią pilot prawdopodobnie, wykonał ostry zakręt na małej wysokości, podczas którego utracił kontrolę nad samolotem. Doszło do zderzenia z ziemią w wyniku którego pilot i pasażer ponieśli śmierć na miejscu.
