Summary
Pilot po drugim uruchomieniu silnika stwierdził że temperatura gazów zbyt szybko wzrasta i osiągnęła wartość około 1100°C. Śmigłowiec zaczął drgać i próbował wznieść się. Pilot stracił kontrolę nad śmigłowcem, który przewrócił się na prawy bok. Pilot odniósł lekkie obrażenia, a śmigłowiec uległ znacznym uszkodzeniom.
