Summary
Załoga w składzie uczeń-pilot i instruktor wykonywała podejście oraz manewr Touch and Go. Po przyziemieniu na pasie, uczeń-pilot nie dodał pełnej mocy i jednocześnie oderwał samolot od pasa. Instruktor zareagował, wydając komendę „pełna moc” oraz samodzielnie przesunął manetkę gazu do przodu. Pomimo podjętych działań samolot po oderwaniu od ziemi utracił siłę nośną i uderzył o pas startowy. W zdarzeniu załoga samolotu nie odniosła obrażeń.
