Summary
Podczas akcji gaszenia pożaru pilot potwierdził w korespondencji z PAŻP dolot do linii ognia i rozpoczęcie gaszenia oraz potwierdził zamiar wykonania odlotu na lotnisko bazowania. Dalej brak odpowiedzi na radiowe wzywania ATC. Samolot zderzył się z ziemią i spłonął. Pilot zginął na miejscu zdarzenia.
