Summary
W trakcie wykonywania pilot zmienił warunki lotu z VFR na IFR i wykonał wznoszenie do FL 250. Następnie miało miejsce nie wykonywania przez załogę samolotu zezwolenia wydanego przez kontrolera ruchu lotniczego (ATC) oraz częściowo nieczytelna łączność. Po odzyskaniu poprawnej łączności radiowej zniżanie i bezpieczne lądowanie.
