Summary
Po wyczepieniu liny wyciągarkowej spadochronik wraz z liną spadł na stojący na DK w odległości około 60 metrów od krawędzi DS, samolot z uruchomionym silnikiem. Śmigło samolotu wkręciło linę w przestrzeń pomiędzy obudową silnika, a spinnerem śmigła w związku z czym doszło do unieruchomienia śmigła.
